SBL Calcarea Phosphoricum is a chief remedy for tardy dentition, bone and joint disorders. Dentition is difficult, delayed or complicated in children. Teeth develop slowly and there is rapid decay of teeth. Calcarea Phosphorica is also useful in complaints during dentition. Calcarea Phosphorica is also indicated in bone and joint disorders. There is defective bone development with tendency of bones to curve, especially long bones. There is slow learning to walk on account of weak ankles. Instability to stand. Frontanelles remain open too long in babies. Spine is weak and disposed to curvature. Cranial bones are thin and brittle. The spine in lumbar region is so weak that the child cannot sit upright unless the back is supported.
SBL Calcarea Phosphoricum is especially indicated in tardy dentition and troubles incident to that period, bone disease non-union of fractured bones, and the anemia after acute diseases and chronic wasting diseases. Anemic children who are peevish, flabby, have cold extremities and feeble digestion are treated well by calcarea phosphorica. It has a special affinity where bones form sutures and all its symptoms are worse from any change of weather. Calcarea phosphorica shows positive results for numbness and crawling as characteristic sensations, and tendency to perspiration and glandular enlargements that it shares with the carbonate. It also helps in brain fag. The patient is forgetful. Always wants to go somewhere. Complaints worse when thinking about them.
SBL Calcarea Phosphoricum also helps in rheumatism and stiff neck. Rheumatism caused after getting wet in rain. Pain in joints and various other parts. There is stiffness and pain with cold numb feeling. Pain is worse from change of weather, winter, by motion and exertion. Also stiffness in the neck with dullness in head. Calcarea Phosphorica is also indicated in fractures of the bones whenthere is non-union and mal union of bones.
SBL Calcarea Phosphoricum is also indicated in headache, colic and leucorrhoea. Headache of gastric origin, abdominal flatulence and mental exertion. It is useful in headache of school girls, at about puberty. Headache worse during change of weather, after eating. Better during rest. Calcarea Phosphorica also helps in colicky pain in abdomen at every attempt to eat. Abdomen is sunken and flabby. There is soreness and burning around naval during colic. Flatulence is temporarily relieved after sour eructation. The patient craves smoked and salted meat and salty food. There is great hunger with thirst. Calcarea Phosphorica is also useful in leucorrhoea in young girls which is like white of an egg, worse in the morning with violent back pain. Calcarea Phosphorica also helps in cold, sore throat, enlarged and swollen tonsils. Sore aching in throat, cannot open mouth without pain. Tonsils are enlarged and swollen in children.
Uses of SBL Calcarea Phosphoricum:
Calcarea phos is useful in defective nutrition, whether of childhood, puberty, or of old age.
It is used for psychological conditions, during depression or associated problems.
Patients who have a tendancy to glandular and bone diseases, in teenagers who have less height, problems that arise due to inappropriate intake of calcium, milk or diet can be benefited after taking Calcarea phos.
Children with slow development of teeth, having a tendancy to form curves of the bones, Spinal curvature where development of spine is slow and the child needs support while sitting.
In children who are late to walk, Slow walking; neck too thin and weak to support head, Rickets, Calcarea Phos gives good results.
Cold atmosphere that causes pains in joints and sutures (stitches), arthritic pains, hip joint diseases are relieved when administered with Calcarea phos.
Used in fractures that take time to heal; slow healing.
Complaints that arise after Change of weather are better after taking Calcarea Phos.
Symtoms of SBL Calcarea Phosphoricum:
Sensitive to cold in any form, is commonly found in Calcarea phos patient, backache problems, arthritis that arise in winter seasons.
Burning and pressing pains, itching, weakness with numbness in body parts is commonly seen.
Enlarged tonsils with pain, cannot open mouth; is relieved with help of Calcarea Phos.

Dosage of SBL Calcarea Phosphoricum:
Put tablets into mouth and allow them to dissolve under the tongue.
Adults and adolescents (12 years and older) 2 to 4 tablets,four times daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Children (under 12 years) 2 tablets twice a day.
In acute cases a dose every hour or two.
In severe, painful affections a dose every ten to fifteen minutes.
In chronic affections one to four doses daily.
Precautions of SBL Calcarea Phosphoricum:
Always keep a gap of 15 minutes before or after meals when you take medicine.
